Connecting to Mac from iPad outside of LAN fails
My setup:
MacbookPro at home on wireless Deco mesh network with JD Connect installed and working.
At home (same LAN) I can connect to the MBP from my iPad with no problems
Away from home the MBP is listed in Jump but will not connect.
I've installed JD Connect on my work Windows PC and can connect to it from home perfectly.
My assumption is that I need to do some port forwarding on my Deco Mesh but, 1, I could be wrong and its not a port problem at all, and 2, If it is, I don't know which/what ports to forward.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Have you automatic setup instructions by opening this link on your computer: https://jumpdesktop.com/go.
Going through the automatic setup, Jump will handle the connection setup for you.If you have done the automatic setup and are still unable to connect, do you see an error message?
Thanks

Thanks for replying, got it working!
What I found was that I could wake the MBP on LAN but not on WAN.
What I did was setup Amphetamine (keep awake app) on the MBP but set it so that the screen would still turn off whilst keeping the guts awake with the lid shut.
I did check the setup for JD Connect but it was fine.
