Hi Mike, Thanks for reaching out to us.

May I know how is the other user connecting?
Once the remote user disconnects, can you then see the cursor?

    Thank you

Hi - the remote user is on Jump Desktop at home and when they are connected, cursor is gone. If I can blindly click my way up to the Jump menu and disconnect them, the cursors will come back. In other rooms, I can see the cursor while a user is connected.

Hi Abdul, I have a similar problem. My MacBookPro M1 Max (Ventura 13.6.6) is the host and my iPad Pro M1 is the remote user.

As soon as I connect to Mac with my iPad, the mouse pointer from the iPad can control the mouse pointer on the Mac, but the mouse pointer movements from the MacBook trackpad are not displayed on the iPad. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi James,

I was able to solve the problem. You have to select the trackpad mode (gaming) in the Jump Desktop settings after you have connected.
