Can't connect through cellular, china user

I got the app and it works great on the same Wi-Fi network, but I can't seem to connect using cellular data (either through my phone or iPadt). I'm using China Mobile for cellular service. I really love this app for its speed and how it helps with Mac and Windows compatibility. Any help with the cellular connection issue would be awesome! Thanks.
