Can't click on desktop shortcuts

When I log in to the remove desktop using jump desktop, I'm not able to click on any desktop shortcuts, I need to manually search for the program that I want to open

  What device are you connecting from and to? (For example iOS to PC, Mac to PC, Mac to Mac, etc.)

  I was connecting from Windows to Windows.

  However after restarting the remote machine it works good.
