    Hi Asanga,

    May I know what device are you connecting FROM and TO? (For example iOS to PC, Mac to PC, Mac to Mac etc.)
    Are you getting an error message with this issue?
    Additionally, on the remote machine you are connecting to, please make sure that sleep mode is not enabled and that it is connected to the internet.
