I purchased the Jump Desktop app from Jump Web Store several years ago. This morning Jump is telling me I can no longer use the app unless I purchase a new license.
My understanding is that the licenses don't expire.
This is a tough situation, because even though this restriction was placed by Jump in error, they have my hands tied.
I'll lose my job if I don't get this resolved in the next hour, and my guess is that Jump (no phone number) will not respond that quickly, if at all.
The conspiracy theorist in me believes that this aggravation is being performed intentionally by Jump to make more money, since we are helpless without a license, and they cannot be professionally contacted by their subscribers.
