jumpspeak freezing up
I have downloaded and paid for Jumpspeak but it has frozen on the screen that says "turn your mic and speech recognition on." their customer service person said I had not finished the purchase and I emailed the copy of the purchase to them. no response. I would like a customer support phone number also

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. For Microphone Access, open up System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Microphone and make sure Jump Desktop (and if you see it Jump Desktop Connect) have micrphone access enabled.
Then restart your machine and try to open up Jump again.
