About zoom in/out with trackpad/mouse for remote desktop

Currently on latest ipadOS(17.1) and latest jump desktop.

Found that zoom in/out(not pinch to zoom in/out) is not working correctly. Detail as:

1. Open a browser or a photo on Windows connecting by Jump. Try zoom in/out but it will zoom entire application.

2. Same as above but use a mouse instead. By hold the control key(or option, cmd whatever) and use scroll wheel, instead of resizing, nothing happens.

Is there a way to make zoom in/out via a trackpad or mouse functional?
