I've had this idea as well and even tried to find apps that can pair as a mouse/trackpad separately over the internet, but they're all designed for local connections. Completely agree that this would be a killer feature.

Would also be nice to have this work cross platform, allowing an Android device to be connected and then allow its connected mouse control jump desktop on iOS.

I agree. Mac trackpad is awesome. If we can bring this feature to iPad using iPhone than I think this would be a complete solution to replace PC/MacBook. I saw Citrix has this function already. Please ADD this feature!!!

Hey. I have Rowmote Pro install and I tried to use it as a trackpad and I can not see the pointer when moving the mouse around from my iPhone or ipad. It does work and can open items (if I get lucky in selecting it). It’s just that i cannot see the pointer. it’s stressful since I should be able to see the pointer move around even through VNC. I have the problem with my Magic Trackpad connected to my Mac Mini. I don’t think it’s a Jump Desktop issue. Virtual mouse or BT mouse just doesn’t fully work! really annoying.
