Rename remote computer connection names

We should be able to rename the computers in our viewer.

  This has already shipped as part of Jump Desktop for Windows 7.0.8.

  Seems that once you initiate any type of connection, even after disconnecting the Edit option is disabled.  You have to restart the program to be able to edit again.
