german/english keyboard mapping problems - OS X 10.6.8 internal VNC unencrypted

Same effect as described in an other poth about the same problem with Ubuntu. (february 12th) E.g. _ and ? are swapped. Is there any way to change keyboard mapping in Jump or OS X VNC? Now the keyboard is somewhat useless for me ..
