    Jump Desktop Support

    Hi,

This is a known issue with Jump Desktop Viewer for the PC. Unfortunately, there is no work around as of yet.

Thanks for reporting it - I've added to our bug database - we'll address this soon.

I am having the same issue. Is there an expected release version that will correct this?

    Thanks for the awesome product!

same problem here, very annoying if you have google application specific passwords (as part of the 2 step verification) enabled as I do.

apart from this, i think it's perfect for my needs.

May 2013.  Same problem.  I also use 2-step authentication so the problem is non-trivial.

I would just like to make another mention of this, it would be pretty awesome to see this fixed. Otherwise really enjoy and appreciate the program, thanks!

It would be great to have this issue fixed.  This is the only issue that prevents me from using Jump Desktop seamlessly on all my devices.  Thanks.

This also happens to me.  I've had to revert to a competitor's product since it is a pain to revoke and regrant the 2 factor authentication.  Given the recent hacking of celebrity accounts....I'd prefer to keep 2 factor identification turned on.  Given that the trend is to increasingly leverage this type of auth, I hope this bug sees the light of day.  Hopefully somebody raises it's severity on the defect log.

Agreed on this point.  This is an amazing app but the lack of caching of the un/pw along w/ 2 factor auth is quite the pain.  Hope that this can be cleared up very soon!
