Rearranging function keys in the interface on Android

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any way to rearrange the interface keys, I'm not sure what to refer to them as, function keys maybe? I'm referring to the bar with the F keys, ESC, SHIFT, ALT, arrow keys, etc.  There are certian ones I need to use on a regular basis, and others I don't need at all.  It would be hugely convenient to be able to move them around and arrange them into a specific order.  I'm using an Android tablet.

  Primarily I would like to move Delete closer to CTRL and ALT in order to make unlocking easier.  In fact, if you could have a non-toggled combination button that would be even better.  Also perhaps a Win+L button because that does not seem to work for me when I try to lock remotely.
