can see computer but cannot use

I just purchased your app through the APp store and I connected my Mac and my ipad just fine cause I can see my computer on my ipad but nothing works. I can move the mouse arrow around that is about it. It won't click on anything and i cannot even switch between applications. Seems the on screen keyboard is not responding either.
