Not at the moment. We're considering  adding a way to tag or label connections since it's a more flexible way to arrange items. Is this something you'd be interested in?

Maybe.  I am more interested in saving screen real-estate.  Having a ton of small thumbnails is taking up a lot of space.  So even with tags, it will be the same problem.  How about tags and having a "list" view added as well, selectable of course by the user.

Hi, any progress on this ?

I have a lot of connections and managing them becomes a real pain.

Subfolders and list view would REALLY help.

    Many thanks guys !

@Lobak - We're working on adding support for tagging computers and grouping connections using tags.  We're close to beta testing the this feature - if you'd like to see it in action send mail to support@jumpdesktop.com and let us know that you'd like to beta test JD for Mac.

Working as a Windows Sysadmin, I would love to see folders in Jump Desktop. Actually is a mess for me to have a couple of hundreds connection in Jump Desktop. I would like to have a folder for each of my customers
