I cannot connect from my office pc to my home mac mini
At my office I continually receive the "info message" No supported authentication methods! I have no problems connecting from my i pad, i phone or from my mac mini at home to my office PC and I can also connect from my i pad and i phone to both the office PC and the mac mini.

Looks like you're connecting using Jump Desktop Viewer for PC. We're actually in the process of upgrading the client. In the meantime take a look at this work around: http://support.jumpdesktop.com/entries/20869862 .
