Will Jump Desktop for Mac allow me to use multiple monitors when remoting into a Windows 7 machine?
I'm using Jump Desktop on my personal Macbook Pro (running Mountain Lion) to remote into my work computer, which is a Windows 7 machine. I have 3 displays at work and 3 at home, counting my laptop screen. Does Jump Desktop allow me to use all 3 displays (or even just 2) at home? If so, is there a setting that needs adjusted? They're plugged in, but they don't seem to be recognized.

Hi Erin,
Hover over your computer's icon in Jump and then click the settings icon. Then in the 'display' section make sure to select the 'fullscreen on all displays' option. This works best if you're connecting over RDP to a system running Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise (or a Windows Server machine).
