Can we change the idle time?
I use Jump Desktop all day for work and would love to set a longer idle time. Is that possible?

Hi Christine,
Generally once connected you're connected your session should remain active throughout the date. The only exception to this is on iOS (iPad and iPhone) which forces a maximum 10 minute limit when you multi-task away for Jump. After 10 minutes in the background Jump is forced to terminate the current. In our next update we've added a new feature which remembers the last session you were connected to and automatically reconnects to it as soon as you start up.
Let me know which platform you're thinking about.

I have a problem that is similar to Maurice's. While actively using the RDP session, for example, while typing an email, the remote computer stops accepting input while Jump continues to let me move the cursor around for example. eventually I receive a message that "Remote Desktop has closed. The computer has closed the remote connection." I had this problem once before but cannot remember what I did to resolve it. Any suggestions? Thank you!
