Unable to connect using windows 7

Every time I try to connect to my work computer from my laptop using windows 7 it asks me for login credentials for my laptop. But I don't have a password set up for my laptop.

Support has been unable to solve my issue. Can someone please help!!

  Windows does not support a blank pwd for use with rdp.
