Request: Please update the icon and menu to follow Android Design Guidelines
I've found Jump Desktop to be the best VNC/RDP client in terms of easy of use and performance. The UI when you have connected to the remote computer is also great and fits nicely with Android. No need to change anything there.
The parts of the Android app that are not that good are the icon (could use very minor adjustment to be great) and the UI for the list of computers. For the icon, simply using rounded corners with a smaller diameter is probably enough to make it fit better with Android but make sure to include a version for xhdpi.
For the list of computers (ie. the main screen) I suggest you use a native actionbar instead of the current custom one. There are native actionbar icons that fit perfectly included in the platform. Using ActionbarSherlock allows you to get the full native actionbar even in older versions if that is your concern. It is has been recommended by members of the Android team multiple times.
Finally, I think you can remove the iOS-style "connecting..." UI that is clearly meant to mimic the phone call UI in iOS. It was a great idea for the iOS app but looks very out of place on Android and provides nothing of value there.
I think that with a few tweaks like I mentioned above, this can become the best VNC/RDP app for Android by far. I hope you will consider my feedback.
