    @John how are you connecting to Xubuntu - i.e. over VNC or RDP? Also, are you on Android or iOS? The Jump Desktop logs from your device would be super-helpful too: Reproduce the problem and tap the settings button on the top left hand corner of the screen and scroll down and tap the 'Contact Support' or 'Send Logs' button.

    > JD Support - how was this topic fixed? I am thinking about buying Jump Desktop because I am facing the same trouble as described above - my current configuration is:

    OS X 10.9.3 with MS RDC (connecting to TS farm)

    connecting to different MS servers works fine until the moment i start Libre Office at MS Server 2008 - the connection crashes and it is impossible to get back to it

    While checking the connection from admin side, the connection is still on and normally working - just waiting for clicking "OK" to some message in Libre Office

    Please confirm that this issue should not appear with JD client for MAC. Thanx in advance.
