Running Jump Desktop for Windows on Windows 8 but it doesnt launch

I just bought the app for the iPad and I am installing Jump Desktop on my Windows 8 computer.  My problem is that I double click the icon like any other app and it reads it but doesnt launch the app.  It doesnt even load to memory.

I reviewed and I have .Net in all the flavors installed and it still doesnt launches the app.

 

Please advice

  Hi Gilbert,

  Did you manage to start the Jump Desktop installer and did it successfully run through? If not, then try redownloading the file from: http://jumpdesktop.com/downloads/pc - it's possible that the download was corrupt.
