Multiple attempts to connect

    Hi Larry,

    This is a known issue and we're going to be releasing an update in the next couple of weeks that'll fix this.

    I continue to experience this issue.  It seems isolated to connection attempts FROM a windows viewer.  When I connect from an IOS device (I haven't tried Mac yet), it always works on the first attempt.
