Multiple attempts to connect

I've tried searching the forum and haven't found anything, but I know this is something that happens to others as I've seen a couple of AppStore reviews mentioning it. Why does it take multiple attempts to connect to remote computers? It happens on my Mac and on my iOS devices. I click/tap the computer to connect, sometimes it acts like it's going to connect but usually there's nothing, and then it goes back to the main screen. I do it again and sometimes it connects on the second try, sometimes on the third try. The connections work, I just have to try them two or three times--every time.

Shouldn't there be message if there's a problem? Maybe it needs a longer timeout for connecting (but the failures happen pretty fast). It's starting to really annoy me, and it seems like a bad experience for new users. Anyone else having this problem or have any ideas what's going on?

  Hi Larry,

  This is a known issue and we're going to be releasing an update in the next couple of weeks that'll fix this.

  I continue to experience this issue.  It seems isolated to connection attempts FROM a windows viewer.  When I connect from an IOS device (I haven't tried Mac yet), it always works on the first attempt.
