Problem showing remote PC on my MAC.

I don't see the remote PC showing up on my MAC.  There was some confusion when I installed Jump on the MAC, someone else had signed into their gmail account on my MAC.  I eventually put in my gmail account, but could this have caused a problem?  How can I check what gmail account Jump is using?

Also, the instructions for putting a remote PC on a MAC are confusing.  Is their an actual video showing it step by step?
