Folder sharing permissions error

I've been using Folder Sharing with a number of clients without issue and suddenly I'm experiencing an error when accessing the shared folder with one client. The error is:

\\tsclient\Jump De is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Attempt to access invalid address.

I've confirmed the shared folder is set up for Read/Write permissions. What else can I try to resolve this?

  Can you try removing the folder in Jump's folder sharing dialog and re-adding it? Open up Jump and then click Jump Desktop -> Preferences -> Folder Sharing. Remove the folder and re-add it. Let me know if it helps.

  Hi there, sorry to hijack this thread, but I'm having the same problem, only on some servers I connect to though, I have removed and re-added the folder, and I tried to add a new folder altogether, but for some reason it's not mapping the new one either. I had seen another thread that you need to have the Audio "Play on Mac" , which I already have. Any other thoughts regarding troubleshooting this?
