"IPC URL was not published" - Connection by gmail doesn't work, but manual IP address does

My Jump VNC no longer works, and I'm getting a "IPC URL was not published".
After reinstalling, it's "Unfortunately, Jump Desktop has stopped".

When I reinstall Jump on my tablet, everything's blank, and there are no entries yet.
After putting in my gmail account, Jeff415-PC as a display name shows up, which is my computer name.
Does that means that there's some kind of connection?
I still can't connect though.

I made a new connection that was manual.
The display and and address were my IP address, and I used TightVNC.
This worked.
