Is there no Windows 10 support?
I've been using your software for my business for over a year now, but we are all Windows users.
It almost feels like you guys are giving Windows users the shaft, people on iOS and Mac have far more features, and there seems to be no support for Windows 10. I have it properly set up on my Windows 10 machine, but out of the 6 machines I have in my login on the viewer, the Windows 10 machine shows as offline. Yes, I have Remote Desktop enabled. Yes I have my user added to the list of allowed users. Yes I have the port forwarded. Yes I have the rule made on my firewall.

We're working on a complete re-write of the PC Viewer right now and we're about to release the first beta version to testers. If you'd like to try it out send an email to support@jumpdesktop.com and let us know you want to try out the PC Viewer beta. It should fix all the issues you're hitting with the current PC viewer.
