I'd like to know this too. I have a back up computer and need to install the Desktop app. Dialog request location of the license key file but I do not know where it is located in the disk directory or the name of the file..

The license file has the extension: .jdlicense . It's actually an xml file and not a PDF. You should have received a link to download the license when you purchases the app through our web store or through a non-Apple third party website. Please note though: this does not apply to Mac App Store purchases. Mac App Store purchases are already unlocked and do not need a license file. If you've already imported your license file into Jump, it's stored in:

    ~/Documents/JumpDesktop/Viewer/license.jdlicense.
