iPad Pro (12.9 inch, 5th generation). The target computer is an Ubuntu System 22.04.3LTS Gnome version 42.9/Fenstermanger X11. According to the statement in the app, it says: Tested with Mac OS X, TightVNC, RealVNC, UltraVNC, Linux (Ubuntu Remote Desktop) and why do I only see a gray screen when the connection works? I can move a mouse there, but I can't see an image of the Linux system. I really hope this works otherwise I demand my money back! I really hope we can fix this. Mario.

  What exactly is the information needed?
  iPad Pro 12.9, I have already written, is the system I want to work with. The target computer in this case is a computer (ubuntu) as already described.
  The app connects, this cloud animation then appears on the iPad Pro and then the screen is gray!
  I can set all possible connections. (black and white, 8 bit, 16 bit color no matter what) does not happen. I can move the mouse pointer, everything works, but I can't see a picture. Even blind, I can't control anything remotely. So the drivers are all up to date (as already described!) as are the graphics drivers. I work on a 30 inch with a resolution of WQHD is 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, also called 1440p on the Linux computer. We are not talking about 4K here. This is the standard resolution I have been using for 13 years! If the app cannot do this, then such information should also be included! If this is the case, I would like my money back! You should write such important information at the top of your list! Maximum resolution x*y on the target computer! Otherwise the app is completely useless!
