Hi J, Thank you for reaching out to us.

For this issue, kindly disable the Perform Touch Gestures in the Assistive Touch settings on your iPhone.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Disable "Perform Touch Gestures".

Please let me know how it goes.

    Hi Jump Desktop,

I am confused now. Must AssistiveTouch be enabled?

I am looking for a solution that works without AssistiveTouch enabled. I read this page, iOS: Does Jump Desktop work with a physical mouse on iOS? – Jump Desktop Support and I thought Jump Desktop could solve the problem, but now I am not sure.
