When I try to connect it asked for windows credentials?

  Hi Raymond, Thank you for reaching out to us.

  If you're connecting to a Windows computer you may be prompted to enter your Windows Credentials before you're able to connect. You should enter your Windows username and password in the dialog. This is the username and password you use to log into your PC when you first turn it on or restart it.

   

  As a security precaution, Jump does not allow logging into the machine with empty passwords. You must assign a password to your Windows account before you're allowed to log in.
