I've tried troubleshooting on my end, checking my internet connection, ensuring that my PC meets the system requirements, and even reinstalling the application, but the problem persists.
Before I delve deeper into more technical solutions or contact support, I wanted to reach out to this forum to see if anyone else has encountered similar problems with Jump Desktop on their PC. If so, how did you manage to resolve them? Are there any tweaks or settings adjustments that can potentially improve performance?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with Jump.
For us to better understand what might cause the lagging issues, please submit a support request and include the Jump logs from your PC.
Open up Jump Desktop on your PC and click the 'Options' link, then click the 'Diagnostics' menu and click the 'Logs' menu option. Once the log window pops up click the 'Copy Log' button and paste it on the support request.Best Regards,
