Has anyone experienced lagging issues with Jump Desktop on their PC?

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with Jump.
    For us to better understand what might cause the lagging issues, please submit a support request and include the Jump logs from your PC.
    Open up Jump Desktop on your PC and click the 'Options' link, then click the 'Diagnostics' menu and click the 'Logs' menu option. Once the log window pops up click the 'Copy Log' button and paste it on the support request.
