Jump Desktop immediately closes upon trying to connect to remote computer
Hi there,
Jump Desktop on Windows 11 used to work, but now when I try to connect to a remote mac host computer, it immediately closes upon attempting to connect. So when I right click and press "connect", I cannot type in the password because the program immediately closes.
Jump desktop is listed under my Windows Firewall as an allowed app for both incoming and outgoing connections. Windows remote desktop is enabled.
Is there a solve for this?
System details:
Windows 11
NVIDIA 4090 (latest studio drivers)

To better assist you with this issue, please send us a support request along with the Jump Desktop logs from the local machine you are connecting FROM.
To retrieve the logs, open Jump Desktop on your local machine, attempt to connect, and if the connection fails, click Help in the menu bar, then select Diagnostic Logs. This will generate a ZIP file containing the logs.
Please attach this ZIP file to your support request ticket.
