Accessibility issues

The app is asking for accessibility, I give it but it's stuck in the Jump Desktop Connect section where its asking for permission.  My Mac setup in my settings is different from what the JDC is asking so I can't get past this section.  Make sense?  Probly not but I am stuck in install mode because of an accessibility issue.
