Be able to use F10, F11 and F12 from Windows Client

Currently F11 makes the Windows Client full-screen.  It would be better if F11 was not used for that instead to be sent directly to the client.  It's actually one of the most common function keys in Windows.  It's used both to bring up VBA in Microsoft Office as well as the shortcut for "step-in" in Visual Studio debugger.

  A post from 2016.  Wow.  Hope this helps some other poor soul who stumbles across this. . I am able to get around this by popping up the on-screen keyboard (osk) in Windows.  Have the keyboard in my task bar so I can have my way with F-keys and other key combos.
