No proper Windows 10 support?

I have downloaded the main Viewer as well as the beta. No computers show up on my Windows 10 computers in the viewer, but they show up fine on every other computer.

  I won't be using Jump Desktop ever again, their support is crap and they seem to be giving Windows users a middle finger.
