Do I have to buy two apps?

Hello. I want to use Jump Desktop for connecting to my Mac from my iPad. Does it mean that I have to buy two apps? Both from Mac Appstore and from iOS Appstore?

  Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us.

  If you have purchased Jump Desktop for iOS and now want to connect from your Mac, you will additionally need to purchase Jump Desktop for Mac in order to get this connectivity. 
  Jump Desktop for Mac is a different platform from Jump Desktop for iOS.
