Parallels Mouse Issue with MacBook and iPad

If I want to access my MacBook via Jump Desktop on the iPad and then operate it in parallel with Windows, the mouse support does not work properly and the mouse pointer hangs behind or I can't click where I want to click.

  Hi Sascha, Thank you for reaching out to us.
  
  For this, kindly disable the Perform Touch Gestures in the Assistive Touch settings on your iPad.
  Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > Disable "Perform Touch Gestures".

  I have this same problem. Touch feature is turned off, ‘Perform Touch Gestures’ is also off as I have never turned it on. Tried switching them on then off again with no resolve. Using an iPad Pro 11” iPadOS 18.4.
