Jump Desktop
When trying to install Jump Connect, I get this error. The File 'JumpConnect' Is not marked for installation.

Could you please let me know whether you are installing Jump Desktop Connect on a Mac or a Windows computer?
Additionally, please try the following steps:
- Delete the installer file from your Downloads folder.
- Restart your computer.
- Re-download and install Jump Desktop Connect.
