    Could you please let me know whether you are installing Jump Desktop Connect on a Mac or a Windows computer?

    Additionally, please try the following steps:

    1. Delete the installer file from your Downloads folder.
    2. Restart your computer.
    3. Re-download and install Jump Desktop Connect.
