Windows 11 Password instead of Pin

Hello!I am stuck at the Windows Credentials log in page and not able to access my PC and I need some assistance

I have seen the support article here that Jump Desk requires a password instead of a pin, however my Settings app -> Accounts -> Sign In Options page does not offer me the option to add a password.

It shows Facial Recognition (off) Fingerprint (off) PIN (on) and security key

I have seen recommendations elsewhere that I need to turn off the toggle to "Only allow windows hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts" however every time I turn it off, it is back on on reset.

Are you signing in using your Microsoft Account on your local Windows machine?
If so, you'll need to add a password to your Microsoft Account. Please follow these steps:

Sign in to your Microsoft account at this link: Additional security options.
Under "Passwordless account," select Turn off and then click Next.
Follow the prompts to add a password back to your account.
