Repeated password entry required

When I want to connect to another PC on Windows, Jump Desktop repeatedly (not constantly) wants to know the user name and password of the remote PC.

 

The user name is remembered and displayed, but the password must be entered again even though "Remember password" is checked.

 

How can I set it to connect automatically without asking for the login data?
