Jump desktop last worked about a year ago
I have a brand new AMD 7940HS PC w/32G RAM, 2TB SSD. Clean Windows 11 22H2 install. Install revo installer (but it’s the USB mobile version, so no real install). Install jump desktop. It’s totally unstable w IOS remote control. I started having these problems last year on a HP 405 g4 Pro Desktop with Windows 10, and an Hp 705 Elite Desktop. When I arrive home and use these 3 computers everything works fine once I resume control from the desktop. Jump desktop corrupts control of Office 365 on Windows 10. In all cases I basically lose control of the PCs. I’m talking a total lack of use on 3 different PCs with one a clean Windows install. Are you guys actually using your stuff? The only reason I continued to try to use it with sporadic success was because of its vastly superior interface and/or cost (logmein is $365/pc). The only other remote software that has proven to be completely bulletproof no matter what is logmein. When installed alongside jump desktop on the windows 10 Hp, I could switch from the screwed up jump desktop iOS app to the logmein app and completely resume correct control of the PC, only proving jump desktop is screwed up. You guys need to carefully go over your code. You have some bad assumptions or bad pointers…something is really wrong. On a pc that is screwed up with logmein and jump desktop, logmein works perfectly, jump desktop fails. On a clean pc, jump desktop fails but I can use that same PC locally with zero problems
i’d be happy to give you guys access to this brand new AMD 7940HS pc. I’ll put the original OS install on it, create a local user, send you by email the login, and you guys use IOS on it. After a short usage it will go haywire try installing office 365 on it to accelerate its mess up
btw, these problems began in an update sometime around September 2023

Btw, I’m adding this comment to my post.
I tried using Safari, Chrome,Edge and Firefox to directly log in on IOS 17.5.1 (latest version) on iPad Pro 12.9.. My computers show up in the list of My Computers, but when I try to access them things just hang with a rotating circle forever. I thought I’d try this to see if the problem was the app, but things are worse with browsers.
