Teams enabled client

The desktop client is required to remotely connect to a client. As a Teams subscriber I want to see my Team info in that client. I should be able to see info like connection status in the client like I can in the web interface so I don't have to have both the web and client open. The desktop client is very generic and featureless for a Team subscriber.

  Hi Jim, Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Could you please confirm if you are connecting from a Windows or Mac machine?

  If you are using a Mac, you can check the connection status (online or offline) by changing the connection view to list mode and enabling the filter bar. Here's how:

  1. Open Jump Desktop.
  2. Click on 'View' in the menu bar.
  3. Select 'as List' and then click on 'Show Filter Bar'.
