Not able to use Force Quit with shortcuts

When I use the CMD - OPT - ESC command for Force Quit when Premiere is crashing, it won't let me pull up the Force Quit window box.  I tried on multiple computers.  Anyone else run into this problem?  Thanks!

  Are you connecting from Mac to Mac?
  Additionally, could you please describe what happens when you use the Command + Option + Esc shortcut? It would also be helpful to check if the "Send macOS shortcut" option is enabled in Jump Desktop.
  To do this, open Jump Desktop on your Mac, go to the settings, then navigate to the "Keyboard and Mouse" section.
  Ensure that the "Send macOS shortcut" option is checked.
