External Monitor Lag

I'm in another thread about lag but I just realized my problem is different.  My issue is, if my Jump windows are in either external monitor everything is super laggy.  If for instance though I bring one of the monitors down to my MacBook screen, the performance shoots back up to near perfect.  Specs below:

16" 2023 MacBook M2 Pro

  Total Number of Cores: 12 (8 performance and 4 efficiency)

  Memory: 32 GB

Sonoma 14.5

External Monitors are

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
  It looks like this issue is similar to the one discussed in this thread: https://support.jumpdesktop.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/29000225566349
  In the meantime, as a workaround, you can turn off the "Displays have separate Spaces" option in your macOS settings.
