Super Slow Performance

I average 25 - 30fps.  As of last night, 09/06/2024, I can't even get close to 5fps. What's going on?

  It's fixed - for now at least.  I'm on an iMac running Monterey Version 12.7. 
  
  Go to System Settings > Network Settings > Click on your Active Network Connection in the Left Pane > Click the Advanced Button lower right > TCP/IP Tab > Click Renew DHCP Lease.
  
  So far go good!
