How can I disable notifications for this forum?

I'm only able to disable for single threads. But I want to disable for all threads.

  Are you currently following any threads in the Jump's community forum?
  If so, you can unfollow individual threads to stop receiving notifications.

  Yes, this might, But how to find these threads?

  Also, I always automatically follow EVERY new thread that is created, no matter by whom.
